We rent a room with private bathroom, for a student or work girl, from September 2019, in a flat shared with 2 students/workers, very near metro station Fontana in Gracia.
Please if you come on holidays don’t contact us. Some expenses are not included. ( more or less 35 euros monthly).
We like to have the flat clean and in order every moment.
One month deposit is mandatory.
