Bright room available from April 1 fully furnished for student or professional girl (women) and only a girl in Barceloneta in a large apartment to share with a working couple and a 15-month-old child.
The Apartment is very large and we will be separated by a corridor in 2 different parts of the house.
We work and the child is in the nursery until 5 in the afternoon.
We are looking for a roommate who is nice and tidy, we are not looking for a babysitter.
The monthly expenses of 59 euros are not included in the monthly rent.
We have a cleaning lady once a week included in the expenses.
It is mandatory to keep the flat always clean and respect coexistence.
3 or 4 months stays preferable.
