Cosy single room in a 2 worker’s flat with 3 rooms .
We are responsible persons who love to cook, travel and our work.
La Sagrera train station is very near, also the metro station La Sagrera and Navas, and many bus lines.
We are looking for someone respectful who wants to share the flat with us. We are one cook with more than 45 and a guy who is working. Everyone of us has his own room clean and breezy and we ask you to do the same.
Bills are 20 euros each month and are not included in the monthly rent.
We have a Parc Pegaso in front of our flat and if you want a big shoping, Hipercor is 5 min far, walking.
One month deposit and one month rent to do the check in is required.
We are in calle Rovira i Virgili near many design schools.
