Single room available in a flat shared with a professional(woman)and a student 10 min walking from plaza de Cataluña.
There is a cat and a dog in the flat and a young student (girl).
We are looking for a quiet student / worker only girl who loves animals and wants to share the flat with us.
Common spaces are Kitchen, leaving room, bathroom and balcony.
We are looking for a pleasant, tidy and clean person.
We love to have the flat in order and we clean always after using any space, and we expect that from you.
No overnight guests and no parties. Expenses: 55 euros monthly.
One month deposit is mandatory.
Minim stay is 3 months.
